1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Eligible Items: Apparel, accessories, and decor items.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
- Food, hygiene, or beauty products
How to Return:
- Email us at ohanki.dimapur@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
- Ship the item to the provided return address.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit within 7–10 business days.
Note:Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
2. Cancellations
Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before shipment confirmation, whichever comes first.
After Shipping: Cancellations are not possible once the product has been dispatched. You may opt for a return after delivery.
Refunds for prepaid canceled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

- Include your Order ID and clear images/videos of the product.
