- International Orders: Delivered via Speed Post by India Post
These courier partners are chosen for their reach, reliability, and tracking support across India and internationally.
Shipping Timelines
Domestic Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2–4 business days from dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.
International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 5–14 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance
OHANKI ships only select product categories internationally:
- Ready-to-eat products
- Cooking ingredients
International delivery is subject to destination country regulations and clearance times.
Shipping Charges
- Delivery fees depend on the total weight of the items in your cart (in 500g slabs up to 5kg), whether you choose Standard or Express delivery, and whether your shipping address is inside Nagaland or outside Nagaland. Exact charges are shown in checkout before you pay.
- We detect “inside Nagaland” from the state on your saved address. Please ensure your state is entered correctly so pricing is accurate.
- International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can track your package using the link provided or directly on the courier partner’s website.
Serviceable Locations
We currently ship to most locations across India. In case your pin code is non-serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing the order.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, OHANKI shall not be held liable for delays due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Unforeseen courier delays (e.g., transport strikes, weather disruptions, etc.)
- Natural calamities, lockdowns, or regulatory restrictions
Loss or Damage During Transit
OHANKI is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage incurred during the shipping process once the order has been handed over to our courier partners. However, we encourage you to report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos, tracking ID, and order details so that we can assist in initiating a claim or offering a resolution where possible.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient unavailability, an inaccessible delivery address, or refusal to accept the parcel, the courier will usually make one or two additional attempts. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the order may be returned to origin (RTO), and re-shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Order Modifications After Shipping
Once an order is shipped, no modifications or address changes can be made. Please review your address and details carefully before placing the order.
Product Restrictions (International)
To comply with food import laws and logistics safety:
- Only ready-to-eat and cooking ingredients are eligible for international shipping.
- OHANKI does not ship perishable, frozen, or semi-processed food products internationally.
